Can I switch plans at any time?

What happens when I hit a limit?

You will see a prompt to upgrade when you reach your plan limit for monitored pages, tracked claims, or Living Content blocks. Your existing data and embeds continue working, and you just cannot create new ones until you upgrade or free up capacity.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first meaningful action, publishing a chart, embedding Living Content, or connecting a CMS, unlocks a 14-day trial of Pro or Team. No credit card required. You can also use the free tier indefinitely with unlimited polls and charts.

How often will I hear from you?

When something needs you, plus a monthly report on the 1st. Each watched page is checked weekly by default, or daily, every three days, or monthly if you choose, and you get an alert when a cited number ages or its source changes.

What is a Living Content block?

A Living Content block is a sentence or paragraph in your post that keeps up with its data. You write the versions and approve them ahead of time, and when the poll or source behind it changes, it switches to the matching one. Anything you did not approve ahead of time waits for your approval.

Do I need Team?

Team is for teams managing large content portfolios. If you have more than 50 pages to monitor, or need to push approved fixes to your CMS and more than 50 content experiments, Team is built for that scale: 500 monitored pages, unlimited Living blocks and experiments, and 50 content scans per day.

What happens to my embeds if I downgrade?

Your embeds keep rendering. They are public iframes that load independently, so your published pages never break. Beyond the free tier the automation pauses: Living Content blocks freeze on their last-approved version instead of switching, pushing approved fixes to your CMS stops, and experiments pause. Your pages and claims keep being monitored, so stale-data alerts still arrive. Nothing is deleted, and everything reactivates the moment you resubscribe.
